Priority handling
Priority request
A request can be flagged as priority when it is constrained by a short deadline. It moves to the front of the queue — this is not an emergency service.
This is not an emergency service
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the Moroccan emergency services: 19 (police), 15 (civil protection) or 177 (royal gendarmerie). 112 also works from a mobile. UPP is not an emergency service.
What “priority” means
Your request moves to the front of our queue and is reviewed before standard requests. This concerns how the request is handled, not immediate deployment.
How to proceed
Use the request form and describe the deadline constraint in your own words. Give the dates, the territory and the context — those are what let us assess feasibility quickly.
What to include
These four things are enough to assess feasibility quickly. Nothing sensitive is needed at this stage.
- The dates, even approximate, and the deadline constraint
- The Moroccan city concerned and an approximate period
- The city or area, without a precise address
- The number of people or posts to cover, as an estimate
