Our manifesto
We do not sell a presence. We sell what happens before it: the listening, the reconnaissance, the written plan, the briefing. The rest is simply carrying that work out.
The method
Four stages, in this order
The order matters as much as the stages. None begins before the one before it is finished.
Listening and scoping
Profiles, places, hours, sensitivities. We listen to the context before proposing anything at all.
Reconnaissance
Sites, access, routes and fallback points — checked on the ground, never only on a plan.
Written arrangement
Team, vehicles, hours, contacts and alternative scenarios. A document, not a promise.
Briefing and deployment
Everyone knows their role before they arrive. One point of contact follows the assignment end to end.

Where we operate
Two territories, one standard
Morocco
All of our arrangements are delivered in Morocco, with locally authorised companies. UPP designs, sizes and runs them; regulated execution belongs to those partners.
International clients
A large share of our clients arrive from the United Kingdom, France and elsewhere in Europe. Scoping, the written proposal and the follow-up are handled in English or French.
UPP designs and directs; it does not itself carry out regulated work, and claims no licence it does not hold.
The network
A verified network, territory by territory
We work with companies licensed in the country of the assignment, selected on their authorisations, their insurance and their references. The arrangement stays designed and directed by UPP.
Provider names and logos are published only with their written agreement. None is shown until that agreement is in hand.
