You have a need to scope
The request form structures what scoping needs: service, territory, an approximate period and an email address. Three short steps, and no sensitive detail at this stage.
Your deadline is very close
Flag the request as priority and it moves to the front of our queue. This is not an emergency service and no response time is guaranteed.
You have a question about how we work
The FAQ covers our role, the licensed-provider model, the territories we operate in, how an assignment runs and how confidentiality is handled.
What happens next
Your request is recorded immediately and given a reference, which you see on screen. It is then assigned to a coordinator, who comes back to you for a scoping conversation before any proposal. We do not publish a response time until one is contractually established.
Working languages
Scoping, the written proposal and assignment follow-up are handled in English or French, whichever you prefer.
Confidentiality
The information you send is used only to prepare your request. No sensitive detail is needed for a first contact: identities, addresses and exact schedules are handled afterwards, by phone.
