Accessibility
We build this site to be usable by as many people as possible. This page sets out what has been tested, what has not, and how to report a problem.
Our commitment
The site is developed targeting WCAG 2.2 level AA: full keyboard navigation, verified contrast, semantic structure, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
What has been tested
Automated accessibility checks (axe) run on every release against every public page — home, services, sectors, coverage, about, contact, the quote request, the FAQ and the legal pages — on desktop and mobile viewports; no critical or serious violation is allowed to pass. Palette contrast ratios were calculated and corrected where they failed. Keyboard navigation, form labelling and honouring 'prefers-reduced-motion' are covered by automated tests.
What has not been tested yet
No full manual third-party audit has been carried out. Screen-reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and testing on real devices remain outstanding. Automated checks catch only a portion of accessibility problems; they do not replace human evaluation.
Known limitations
The homepage carousel advances automatically; the animation is disabled when your system requests reduced motion, but there is not yet an explicit pause control. The form's date field uses the browser's native control, whose format follows your operating system rather than the site.
Reporting a problem
If any part of the site is inaccessible to you, contact us through the request form, giving the page, your browser and your assistive technology. We treat these reports as a priority. A dedicated contact will be published once the company's details are verified.
