What exactly does UPP do?

We scope the requirement, design the protection arrangement and run it. We are the client's single point of contact for the duration of the assignment.

Do you carry out the work yourselves?

UPP designs, sizes and coordinates the arrangement. Regulated work is carried out by locally authorised companies, and we claim no licence we do not hold.

Which countries do you operate in?

We operate in Morocco — Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Agadir and Dakhla. For another city, say so in your request.

How does a request work?

You describe the context using the form. We come back to you for a scoping conversation, then propose an arrangement and a quote. Nothing begins until you agree to it.

What information do you need up front?

The type of assignment, the territory, the dates and the general context are enough for a first conversation. No sensitive details are needed at that stage.

How is confidentiality handled?

The information you send is used only to prepare your request. The full details are set out in the privacy policy.

Do you handle urgent requests?

A request can be flagged as priority, which moves it to the front of our queue. This is not an emergency service and we do not guarantee a response time.
