Personal Protection

Executive Protection

Protective accompaniment for executives and staff travelling for business.

Confidential · no sensitive detail required · We work in English and French

What this covers

The scope, stated without ambiguity.

  1. Profile and exposure analysis

What exposes an executive is not their title but their diary: regular journeys, known addresses, public announcements.

  2. Site and access reconnaissance

Offices, home, meeting places: entrances, exits, waiting areas and alternatives are seen before the assignment.

  3. Coordination with your teams

Executive assistant, driver, in-house security: an arrangement that ignores how you work does not last a week.

  4. Followed through the assignment

One coordinator from the first conversation to the end of the assignment, and a written debrief if you want one.

What we do not do

We do not promise the absence of risk, and we do not take on an assignment we have not had time to prepare. If the lead time is too short, we say so.

A specific requirement to cover?

Describe the context and a coordinator will come back to you with a suitable arrangement.

How it works

Four stages, from the first call to the end of the assignment.

  1. A call back, not another form

A coordinator calls you to understand the need. At this stage we need no names, no addresses and no exact schedules.

    What you receive

    • Territory and approximate period
    • Nature of the request
    • One reachable contact
  2. A shared picture of the ground

A detailed conversation with you, then reconnaissance on site. We check what is actually there, not what a plan says.

    What you receive

    • Reconnaissance report
    • Identified points of concern
    • Confirmed schedule constraints
  3. A document, not a promise

The written arrangement sets out who does what, where and when. You can read it, challenge it and have it approved internally.

    What you receive

    • Team composition and vehicles
    • Primary routes and fallbacks
    • Hours, contacts and a clear price
  4. One point of contact, start to finish

Everyone is briefed before deployment, then the same coordinator follows the assignment through.

    What you receive

    • Briefing before deployment
    • Coordinator reachable throughout
    • End-of-assignment report

Typical situations

Three contexts where this service applies.

  • Travelling abroad

Several cities across a few days. We prepare the transfers, the arrivals and the waiting time — the moments of greatest exposure.

  • A sensitive period

Restructuring, litigation, a public announcement: exposure rises for a few weeks, the arrangement is sized for it and then stood down.

  • A visiting delegation

Several guests, a dense programme, multiple sites. One point of contact coordinates all of it, transport included.

Illustrative scenarios — not client references, and no outcomes claimed.

Regulatory framework

UPP designs, sizes and coordinates every security arrangement — from initial scoping to assignment follow-up. Regulated work is carried out by providers authorised in each territory.

Where we operate

This service is coordinated across the following territories. The city pages describe what each place demands of the arrangement.

Frequently asked

Four questions that come up.

How long does it take to prepare?

It depends on the number of sites and the complexity of the journeys. We give a realistic lead time at the first conversation rather than a date that will not hold.

Is the arrangement visible?

A low profile is the rule: business dress, appropriate distance, no demonstration. The aim is not the impression made but the absence of incident.

Can this be combined with transport?

Yes, and it is often the most coherent format: journeys are the most exposed part of a day.

What do you need from us to start?

Territory, an approximate period and a contact. Identities, addresses and exact schedules are handled afterwards, by phone.
