Choosing the vehicle for the context
A discreet saloon, an SUV, a van for a group: the vehicle follows from the journey and the number of people, not from a catalogue.
Checked before it is handed over
Condition, servicing, documents and tyres checked before every assignment. A vehicle off the road at the wrong moment is an incident.
With or without a security driver
The vehicle alone, or with a driver trained in security driving. Both are scoped, and the price separates them clearly.
Followed through the assignment
One point of contact for the vehicle as for everything else, and a replacement planned in case of breakdown.
What we do not do
We are not a car-rental agency. Vehicles are provided within an arrangement we coordinate — we do not rent by the day to someone passing through.

Regulatory framework
UPP designs, sizes and coordinates every security arrangement — from initial scoping to assignment follow-up. Regulated work is carried out by providers authorised in each territory.
Can we hire without a driver?
Yes, within an arrangement we coordinate. Conditions, insurance and authorised drivers are settled at scoping and set out in writing.
Are the vehicles armoured?
No, unless specifically requested and handled case by case. The usual format is a discreet, recent, well-maintained vehicle.
What happens if one breaks down?
A replacement is covered at scoping, with a stated time we can hold. That is not boilerplate: a stopped vehicle stops the whole day.
How far in advance?
It depends on the vehicle and the period — high tourist season changes availability. We answer honestly at the first conversation.
