Guarding & Site Security

Corporate Security

Security arrangements for offices, corporate sites and on-site personnel.

Confidential · no sensitive detail required · We work in English and French

What this covers

The scope, stated without ambiguity.

  1. Reception and visitor screening

Who is expected, who is not, and how to handle both without turning your lobby into a checkpoint.

  2. Badge and access management

Issue, return, restricted zones: access rights are kept current rather than endured.

  3. Restricted areas

Server rooms, executive floors, archives: sensitive perimeters are handled separately from the rest of the site.

  4. Followed through the assignment

A log, incident escalation, and a coordinator reachable if the instructions need to change.

What we do not do

We do not replace your internal security policy and we take no responsibility for your information systems. We hold the physical perimeter.

A specific requirement to cover?

Describe the context and a coordinator will come back to you with a suitable arrangement.

How it works

Four stages, from the first call to the end of the assignment.

  1. A call back, not another form

A coordinator calls you to understand the need. At this stage we need no names, no addresses and no exact schedules.

    What you receive

    • Territory and approximate period
    • Nature of the request
    • One reachable contact
  2. A shared picture of the ground

A detailed conversation with you, then reconnaissance on site. We check what is actually there, not what a plan says.

    What you receive

    • Access reconnaissance report
    • Map of sensitive zones
    • Confirmed visitor flow and hours
  3. A document, not a promise

The written arrangement sets out who does what, where and when. You can read it, challenge it and have it approved internally.

    What you receive

    • Reception and screening procedure
    • Handling of restricted areas
    • Hours, contacts and a clear price
  4. One point of contact, start to finish

Everyone is briefed before deployment, then the same coordinator follows the assignment through.

    What you receive

    • Briefing before deployment
    • Coordinator reachable throughout
    • End-of-assignment report

Typical situations

Three contexts where this service applies.

  • Headquarters open to visitors

A reception that has to stay welcoming while actually screening.

  • A site under tension

Restructuring or industrial dispute: exposure rises for a few weeks and the arrangement is sized for that period.

  • Several sites, one company

Multiple addresses, one set of instructions, one point of contact for all of them.

Illustrative scenarios — not client references, and no outcomes claimed.

Regulatory framework

UPP designs, sizes and coordinates every security arrangement — from initial scoping to assignment follow-up. Regulated work is carried out by providers authorised in each territory.

Where we operate

This service is coordinated across the following territories. Each city has its own page, describing what the place demands of this service.

Frequently asked

Four questions that come up.

Do your officers replace our reception?

Not necessarily. Screening can sit alongside an existing reception or replace it at certain times. Both are scoped.

Do you manage our badges?

Operational handling at the post is possible: issue, return, checking. Administration of the system stays with you unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Can the arrangement change?

Yes, and it is expected to: the written arrangement is revised. Changes go through the coordinator, not through a verbal instruction on site.

What do you need from us to start?

Territory, an approximate period and a contact. Plans, schedules and identities are handled afterwards, by phone.
