UPI Administrative Staff undergo the same rigorous pre screening and licensing process as our uniformed Security Staff. In fact, our background and pre screening process is more comprehensive than the requirements set for Police Officers through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. We refuse to accept a liability. More importantly, we refuse to provide one.
