We maintain an investigative posture, with regards to any and all formal complaints made against Officers, Investigators, or Administrative Staff. NOTE: UPI is licensed and regulated through the Private Security Bureau. Due to regulation and professional protocol, we can not investigate allegations and / or take action against licensed staff members without an official complaint. All complaints are investigated by state licensed investigators and determinations are rendered based upon supporting evidence. Your information remains strictly confidential and is only released in the event of court order.

If you feel a U.P.I. employee or staff member has purposefully wronged you or has violated the Security Board Administrative Code, Occupations Code, State or Local Law, we need to hear about it. We ask that you allow us the opportunity to address your concern orcomplain, deal with it accordingly, and work towards a suitable resolution.
Should you be dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you DO have the right to file official complaints with the TexasDept. of Public Safety, as well, by contacting them at (512) 424-7710 or through their website at http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/psb/consumer/default.aspx .
